Yes, travel is a normal part of how we work. Destination weddings, corporate shoots, and brand campaigns have taken us across the US and internationally. Travel fees apply depending on location and scope, and we're always upfront about what those look like before you book.
Retainers are structured around your specific content needs, typically a set number of shoot days, deliverables, and turnaround windows per month. We lock in your scheduling priority, so you're not competing for availability. Everything is scoped before you commit so there are no surprises month to month.
Standard turnaround for photo is 2–3 weeks. Video typically runs 3–5 weeks depending on scope and complexity. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be requested at booking. We always communicate a firm delivery date before the project starts, and we hit it.
Yes. All deliverables include full commercial licensing for your brand or organization, covering website, social media, print, and advertising use. If you need expanded licensing for broadcast or third-party platforms, we handle that as an add-on, just let us know at the start of the project.
For weddings, 6–12 months ahead is ideal, peak dates fill quickly. For corporate and brand projects, 4–8 weeks is usually enough lead time for a straightforward shoot. Retainers are ongoing, so we onboard those as availability allows. When in doubt, reach out early, we'd rather give you an honest timeline than rush something important.
